Using this site

By visiting devSteve.com you agree to use it lawfully and considerately. In practice that means the ordinary things: don't attempt to disrupt or overload the site, don't probe or bypass its security measures, and don't use automated tools to flood the interactive features (such as the gallery's leaderboard or activity endpoints) with junk. Well-behaved search engine crawlers reading public pages are always welcome.

The leaderboard and anything you share

Some features, like the gallery's discovery leaderboard, display anonymized names generated for visitors. If a feature ever lets you enter something yourself, please keep it family friendly. I may remove any entry at my discretion, especially anything offensive, misleading, or disruptive, so the space stays pleasant for everyone.

The design, writing, code, and 3D artwork on this site are © 2026 Steve Noll, all rights reserved, unless noted otherwise. The site is built with open-source libraries such as Three.js, which belong to their respective authors under their own licenses. Where I publish parts of my work under an open-source license (for example on GitHub), that license governs those parts. Feel free to link to any page here, and please ask first before republishing content elsewhere.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to other websites, such as SceneXP.com. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and I'm not responsible for their content. A link here is a friendly pointer, not an endorsement of everything on the other end.

This site is a personal project that I maintain in my spare time. It's provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Pages and experiences may change, move, or retire without notice. I do my best to keep everything accurate and working, but I can't promise perfection.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I won't be liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or anything linked from it. If you ever spot something here that seems broken or harmful, please let me know and I'll look into it promptly.
